Feel the rush of the rapids as you navigate through white water tubing a 4km section from Cradock weir to the old kommetjies. After every rapid there is a lovely flat water section to relax and have a swim if the rapid hasn't forced you to swim already. At the finish you can swim in the big eddy or even do a little ledge jump into the river.
